Respecting, appreciating, and making space for the differences in our identities

Acknowledging and addressing disparities created by institutional and structural barriers

Empowering marginalized team members to express authentic perspectives and be heard

Building inclusion

Our company-wide events help us integrate DEI practices in how we work together every day. Here are some of our recent workshops:

  • "How to give inclusive feedback" with CultureAmp

Addressing equity

The DEI Strategy Committee meets biweekly to identify, discuss, and carry out DEI initiatives at Remind—and continue challenging ourselves with company goals.
